Applications

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, rust, and loose particles. Remove existing rust and flaking paint using a wire brush or suitable surface preparation method.

Stir the product thoroughly before application. Apply the coating evenly using a brush or roller.

For optimum heat-reduction performance, apply a total of 3 coats. Maintain a minimum drying gap of 4 hours between each coat before applying the next coat.

1st Coat: Apply evenly over the properly prepared surface and allow it to dry for 4 hours.

2nd Coat: Apply evenly after the first coat has dried and allow another 4 hours of drying time.

3rd Coat: Apply the final coat evenly to achieve complete coverage and optimum performance.

For best results, ensure all three coats are applied uniformly and avoid application during rain, on wet surfaces, or under extreme weather conditions.

Description

Aquein Ultrafix Metal Cool Coat Paint is a high-performance heat-reflective coating specially formulated for metal and tin sheet roofs. It helps reduce the roof surface temperature by 10°C to 14°C during peak noon conditions (around 12:00 PM), creating a cooler and more comfortable environment beneath the roof. The coating also forms a durable protective layer, helping enhance the performance and lifespan of the coated surface. Note: Periodical Coating is a must.

Caution

Do not apply on wet, damp, or poorly prepared surfaces. Avoid application during rain or extreme weather conditions. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
